The arcade plays tall, not wide.

Email support@gambitparty.com and a human will read it. Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and — if it is about a specific gambit — its link.
Does Gambits cost anything?
No. Gambits is free to play. There is no entry fee, no pot, no subscription, and nothing to buy — and Gambits never collects, holds, or pays out funds of any kind.
I lost my guest account.
A guest account lives in one browser on one device, with no email attached, so there is nothing for us to recover it from. If a guest account matters to you, open Profile settings and save it with Apple, Google, or an email address before you lose it.
Messages says “Open Gambits to connect.”
Open the Gambits iPhone app and finish normal Apple, Google, or email sign-in and onboarding, then return to Messages. The extension uses that same account automatically; there is no phone-number or SMS sign-in. If you changed accounts, open the main app once so the old device-only session and unfinished Ranker drafts can be cleared.
Will Gambits read my group chat or Contacts?
No. The Messages extension does not request Contacts access and does not read conversation text, phone numbers, or Messages participant identifiers. It receives the Gambit link attached to its own live card. A saved play stays private in your copy of that card and does not send a follow-up message.
The commissioner entered the wrong result.
Ask them to fix it — outcomes stay editable right up until they finalize the gambit. Once a gambit is finalized its result is locked, and we do not change results on request. Gambits records what the commissioner enters; it has no way to know what really happened.
Someone has a gambit link who should not.
A link is the whole invitation, so it works for anyone holding it and cannot be un-shared. The commissioner can remove a player from the Players tab of the commish console — that clears anything they played and frees it up for everyone else. Switching the gambit to private stops the old link working at all. For a gambit inside a Series or Season, remove them from the parent instead: parent membership adds everyone back to every live child gambit automatically.
Someone posted something abusive.
Use Report — it's on every gambit page and on every player's profile. Tell us what's wrong and it comes straight to us; the commissioner isn't told who reported it. You can also open that player's profile and choose Block to remove your friendship and stop either of you from finding, friending, or directly inviting the other. Manage blocked players in Profile settings. If someone is at risk, contact your local emergency services first, then write to us at support@gambitparty.com.
How do I get my data, or delete my account?
Both are in Profile settings, and neither needs you to contact us. Export downloads everything we hold as a JSON file. Delete account is immediate and cannot be undone — the Privacy Policy spells out exactly what it removes and what stays.
